I ordered this on behalf of my facility for an upcoming retirement celebration. I just received it today and WOW!!!! These mugs have some HEFT to them and, the bottom of the glass (the beveling/cut) is elegant. We will be ordering more for upcoming gifts and graduations (this was the "test" purchase to see how the quality was). The company logo I submitted was replicated perfectly. We are beyond pleased. My dog recently passed away so I ordered a wine glass with her image. I love the glass, the image was great, the price was reasonable and it was delivered quickly.

These glasses came out perfectly! Our winery is starting to do vineyard picnics and the logo on these wine glasses absolutely puts the icing on the cake for us! We can't wait to pour our estate wines in those glasses!

The layout and execution on the glasses I ordered was perfect. Turn around time on the design was quick, as was the fabrication and delivery. I will definitely order from this company again.

This is my second purchase of glasses and they are consistent with high quality glassware. All glasses are dishwasher safe and have been tested by our team :) . We will be ordering more varieties.

Reproduced etching of parents’ farm house on stemless wine glass. Provided a preview etc. Very quick and very pleased.

Ordered some shot glasses with 4 lines, 3 different fonts and a couple requests for sizing. They did a great job getting the look I wanted, just from the instruction I entered. It’s Quality Glass Engraving for sure!

The engraving was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something special for my wife's 60th birthday. She's going to love these. The engraving is clear and finely cut. It really pops! These are very fine stemless crystal wine glasses.

I ordered custom engraved candles for my Wife's 50th Birthday. The product was delivered in time and everybody was happy. The candles are good size, and a very quality product. I chose Peony Rose fragrance and love it.
The engraving looks amazing. I would advise to use bold/thicker fonts as some regular fonts look very thin.
Quite happy with the final product and the excellent customer service.

We ordered a dozen glasses, custom, which came out perfect. Then we ordered a dozen wine glasses, which did the same. Unfortunately, shipping broke some of the glasses which they immediately replaced. All good. I recommend this company.
